For Adults

Therapy remains inaccessible for many who want to work on themselves. Others may want guidance in working on themselves outside of therapy sessions or as an addition to it. I created a channel to provide free guided relaxations, that incorporate therapeutic techniques to calm and regulate the body/mind, and help foster insight and healing.
